The product description didn’t really match what I got. The size and specs were off by a bit, maybe a couple inches or so, and it was frustrating since I was expecting what was listed.

I had a small issue with my order and messaged them, not expecting to hear back that quickly. To my surprise, customer service got back to me the same day and explained everything really clearly. They were super friendly and got it sorted without making it a hassle. It’s so nice dealing with a shop that actually responds fast and cares. I’d definitely order from them again!

I ordered a pair of shoes and the delivery date just kept getting pushed back every few days. There wasn’t really any clear update, so I was stuck checking and waiting around, which got mentally draining after a while. At this point, I don’t think I’d order again. It just felt too unreliable for me.

"Sizing was a total joke for me"
I ordered my usual tennis shoe size, like any normal person would, and these little troublemakers showed up fitting way smaller than expected. The size info on the site was basically useless, which didn’t help at all. The return process was fine, I guess, but still annoying, and I wasted time waiting around. Not the worst shop out there, but they really need to get their sizing act together.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes and a racket, and I was happy because both were actually in stock. Other stores were sold out in my size, so this saved me some time. Checkout was simple, and my order arrived without any issues. Happy with the experience and I’d use them again.

"Decent shoes, frustrating delivery experience"
I ordered a pair of shoes from Tennis Warehouse Europe because the price seemed good at first. The shoes themselves were fine once they finally arrived, but the whole delivery process was more annoying than I expected. Shipping took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking updates weren’t very helpful. I also ended up getting customs fees that I wasn’t really prepared for, so the “good deal” didn’t feel like such a deal anymore. At times it felt like I was being passed around between shipping, tracking, and customs with no clear answer from anyone. Not the worst experience, but I’d think twice before ordering internationally again.

"Pretty easy to use in my language"
Overall, I had a good experience. The site translation was clear enough that I didn’t feel lost, and checkout was simple. A few phrases still felt a little awkward, but it didn’t really get in the way

"Good prices, but shipping can be a letdown"
I usually check a few different shops before buying tennis gear, and Tennis Warehouse Europe is often one of the cheaper options, especially for shoes and older racket colors. The prices are generally fair, and some of the sales are genuinely good. That said, I was a bit disappointed to see that once shipping gets added, it’s not always the best deal anymore, so I still end up comparing around. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars

"Great selection, but stock can be frustrating"
They’ve got a really solid selection of rackets, shoes, and strings, way more than I usually find at local shops. It’s easy to find what I’m looking for, which I appreciate. The only annoying thing is that some sizes sell out really fast, and if that keeps happening, I might have to start looking somewhere else. Overall though, it’s been a good place to shop.

"My order did show up in good shape..."
My order did show up in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much, but the tracking was kind of frustrating. At times it felt like there were no updates for days, and then suddenly everything changed at once. I guess it wasn’t a big deal since the package arrived fine, but it still made me a little stressed not knowing where it was. Overall, I’m happy with the order, just not totally happy with the shipping updates.

The shop itself is good and I liked what I ordered, but the shipping cost felt way too high. When I brought it up, it kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of really trying to help. Overall not a bad experience, just a little frustrating

My snap judgment: the site is usable, but it’s not exactly smooth. The filters randomly reset on me a couple times, and some pages took longer to load than I expected. Checkout worked fine in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just a little annoying overall

"Arrived Perfectly Packed"
My order from tenniswarehouse-europe showed up in a really sturdy box, and everything was packed nicely. I mean, what I meant to say is, even the shoe box looked clean with no dents or damage at all. It was simple, but done properly. Really happy with it, 5 stars from me.
